Insurance

Chambless Eye Care accepts many vision and medical insurance. If Chambless Eye Care does not participate with your insurance plan, you will be responsible for submitting the bill/claim to your insurer. We accept the following medical and vision insurance plans:

Chambless Eye Care educates all patients on the difference between a medical eye exam and a vision exam. For example, a patient with diabetes or glaucoma will need a medical eye exam. Often times Dr. Chambless will do the patient’s vision exam, file with their vision insurance. We will have the patient return the following week for a medical office visit that will include dilating the eyes, and other testing that is needed depending on the diagnosis. Other tests may include Pachymetry, Retinal Photos, OCT,Visual Field, Goldman Tonometry, etc.
